Long Awaited Chip Update

It has been a wild and exciting year at the Global Potato Chip Research Institute, with highs and lows. If you remember, we expanded the institute last field season by incorporating both an intern and a graduate assistant, as well as a personal assistant – ah, the halycon days of last year. Then the fall came, and as many places are undergoing restructuring and reorganization, so too did that befall the GPCRI. Despite our research garnering millions of research dollars, tens of millions of positive reviews, an Emmy and a Grammy (still need an Oscar and a Tony for the EGOT), the powers that be restructured the Institute. We have been merged with the Fried Dough Institute, the Bar Snacks Initiative, and the Cotton Candy Research Consortium to form the Assorted Snack Symposium for the Hands-on Advancement of Tastiness. The various representatives of A.S.S.H.A.T. are meeting next week via Zoom to figure out if we can develop a catchy acronymn for our group, and design new letterhead. Unfortunately, my order for a new research vehicle (see below) has been canceled as we reorganize.

Anyway, first a summary of research to date and an apology. In going through our extensive research data stored on the institute’s quantum computer (Potato Chip 1), I noticed that three chip reviews were never posted. I take responsibility for that, though in private conversations I will blame last year’s intern or last year’s grad assistant, or my personal assistant – pick one. Anyway, I will clean those up and post them up in the next few days. First, I wanted to post research to date so that everyone is caught up.
