The potato chip I chose for today was Lays Sour Cream and Black Pepper. These whole wheat chips looked a lot like Sun Chips, I mean a whole lot. In fact, I really could not taste the sour cream or pepper, they just tasted like….plain Sun Chips. So, I gave them a ****(4) out of 10. I was a bit concerned since a friend of mine who will remain nameless wrote me questioning my methodology. He was concerned that the liquid I was partaking of when I sample the chips may influence my decision. Since I am a big believer in scientific rigor, I want to stress that I only drink water with the chips so that their flavor is not changed by my drink.
