I warned my intro class about the dangers of posting things on Facebook the other day. I told them that things you post can come back to haunt you. Once again, they seemed to think that I was an old guy out of touch so I mentioned the recent case of the beauty school suing a student for creating a page for other students to complain about their instructors. It is hard to get my students to understand that digital items are more permanent than they think.
